Training Services

With extensive training and assessing experience, as well as Workplace Training Certificate IV qualification, we are able to met a range of training needs. From resources such as training manuals and Power Point Presentation development, to the provision of in-house training of staff in design, newsletter publication and a range of Desktop Publishing applications. We also provide print management services ensuring that your printed products meet our exciting demands, utilising our network of print and marketing providers, selected for quality and value for money.

Such comprehensive training support services are a rare quality within the design industry. The benefit to our clients is that resource development is undertaken by an experienced workplace trainer to ensure success of the document is not only confined to the design, but that the required messages are conveyed with the utmost legibility and clarity.

We have developed a range of training publications for organisation as diverse as small business with a couple of workers through to multinationals with resources aim at thousands. We are confident that we could effectively and efficiently meet many organisation's training support needs, enabling staff to properly focus on their core functions of the respective role they are performing.

Power Point Presentations

We have extensive experience in the development and management of Power Point Presentations, show set-up, picture editing and insertion, hyperlinks, animation and on screen graphical process demonstrations, within this widely used application. We have used some other presentation packages and can also manage the publication of class notes and presentation overviews.

Another area where we can help in this area is to provide a design service for existing in-house developed presentations. We can give the overall design a lift, and edit and resize photos to ensure that the presentations file size is keep to the minimum, maximising the smooth operation of the presentation when used.

Quality Management

We tend to take on the most unusual projects, a good demonstration of this was the development and implementation of a quality management system for a local company. The project scope included research and selection of assessment and QA support services, the development of system manuals, over 50 procedures, forms and accessing resources. It even included system auditing and conducting management meetings, so we are well versed in the requirements of quality management systems.
